Bayview Animal Hospital Policies

No-Show Policy - Appointments
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Canceling within 24 hours’ or less will result in your account being marked with a no-show. After the third no-show, you will be responsible for pre-paying your exam fees at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable unless you give 24 hours’ notice that you need to cancel or reschedule and will be used towards your visit.
No-Show Policy - Surgical Procedures
If you are a no-show for a surgical procedure, you will be required to put a 50% deposit down for future procedures. Forty-eight hours are required for surgical cancellations.
Retractable Leash/Cat Carrier Policy
For the safety of your pet, others’ pets, and the staff, we do not allow retractable leashes in our practice. We have slip leads available in the lobby for you to use during your visit with us. Additionally, all cats must be in carriers while they are in the lobby. This is for their safety and yours. If they are leash trained, please either call us when you arrive so that we can ensure there is a room available for you to go right into or have a container you can keep them in while entering and exiting the building.
New Client Policy
We are accepting New Clients at the practice. However, to book an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of the exam fee will be collected by phone to be used at your appointment. To recoup your deposit, you must either come to your appointment or cancel 48 hours or more in advance.
